Shaan specialises in a number of fields including commercial conveyancing, commercial lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters, statutory lease extensions and residential conveyancing. He is experienced in dealing with and assisting on specialist commercial transactions and finance particularly in relation to pharmacies and dental practices.
Shaan has acted for a variety of clients ranging from private individuals, investors and SMEs to off-shore corporations and trustees. Shaan provides a personable service and takes a pragmatic approach to property matters. He takes particular care to give commercially appropriate legal advice to clients with regard to their specific needs and objectives.
Shaan qualified as a solicitor in January 2017 at Lattey & Dawe and joined Laytons in April 2019.
