Laytons ETL are proud to have advised Rausch International Group GmbH together with its majority shareholder Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen, on the purchase of Dart Systems Ltd.
The Cross-Border Acquisition by Laytons ETL was made in conjunction with 3T. LAW Munich, with partner Dr. Simon Sabel advising on the German Law aspects of the transaction.
The Laytons team was led by corporate partners Liza Zucconi and Cameron Sunter, and Tax partner Marc Selby, as well as Albana Kuteli. Victoria Brockley advised on employment law matters and Shaan Patel on the property aspects.
Rausch International is one of the world market leaders in CCTV, leak detection systems and underground exploratory cameras with its headquarters in Southern Germany. The purchase of Dart Systems in the UK strengthens Rausch’s worldwide footprint.
