Honey is a property lawyer, Partner, and head of Laytons ‘India Desk’. She is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and a bit of Punjabi and Arabic. She is proficient in dealing with both residential and commercial transactions.

Her experience includes the re-finance of property portfolio of over £23m, the purchase and sale of properties in high end developments, acting for several international offshore clients and banks and dealings with commercial offices and fast-food chain franchises.

Honey has built up strong relations with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Middle East, Far East & UK and personally works with them to achieve their investment targets and goals.

Honey’s clients include high-net-worth investors, lenders and care homes among others.

Often working to strict deadlines, Honey’s pragmatic approach ensures she meets her clients’ objectives efficiently.

Arriving from a niche West End firm, Honey qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2009.
