We are delighted to announce that with effect from 1 December 2019. Simrun Garcha and Ben Thorogood have been appointed Associate Partners.

Simrun’s appointment is deserved recognition of her expertise in Private Client and Charity law. Simrun has completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates and is a full STEP member. She has written articles for the Trusts & Estates Law and Tax Journal contributes to Tolley’s Administration of Estates and is a member of the Charity Law Association. Simrun looks forward to continuing to advise Laytons’ clients on a broad range of private client and charity law matters and to support the Team’s work.

Ben’s appointment is in recognition of his contribution to the Disputes Team and of his experience and expertise in corporate and commercial disputes, both in litigation and arbitrations.
