It has been a momentous fortnight for the Disputes team here at Laytons ETL.
First, we were delighted to welcome back litigation partner Rebekah Parker from maternity leave. Then we welcomed new insolvency and restructuring partner John Harvey to the team. Next, Rachel Weir, who initially joined Laytons as a property paralegal back in 2018, was appointed as a litigation solicitor following the successful conclusion of her training contract. And last but not least, Megan Webb joined us as a litigation paralegal. Congratulations to all of them!
