Vinit is primarily a commercial property specialist although he also handles all types of property transactions particularly where trouble-shooting is required.
Vinit acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from investors, developers, businesses (particularly in the healthcare sectors) to charities - both in relation to substantial property portfolios and individual transactions. His involvement ranges from acquisitions, financing, and development to disposal.
He also deals with various commercial landlord and tenant matters and a wide range of property management issues.
Vinit joined Lattey & Dawe in 1983, becoming a partner in 1988. Lattey & Dawe merged with Laytons LLP in April 2019. He was head of the Real Estate department until he recited as a partner in June 2023. He remains with the firm as a consultant.
