Susie is a Consultant in the Employment team where she advises a range of employers on their staff issues.
Susie’s HR and employment law practice includes:
advising on procedures in the form of grievance, disciplinary, performance management, mediation, enforcing restrictive covenants and flexible working
drafting contracts, directors’ service agreements, restrictive covenants, policies, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and consultancy agreements
advising on redundancy consultation and change of contract consultation
hearing grievances and disciplinary appeals as an independent HR Professional
Susie’s recent work:
advising a retailer on the redundancy consultation process across a number of stores
drafting contracts of employment and a staff handbook for a film company
hearing a grievance from an employee who claimed they had been unfairly selected for furlough leave
liaising with ACAS regarding Early conciliation for an Employer facing a discrimination claim.
Susie has been a consultant with the firm since 2011.
