Sophie is a Solicitor in our Real Estate team, specialising in commercial property transactions.
Sophie has extensive experience acting for both landlords and tenants in respect of leases of high street shops, offices and industrial estates. She also has experience dealing with and assisting on the acquisition, disposal and financing of all types of commercial property.
Sophie has acted for a variety of clients ranging from private individuals, national chains to property holding companies. She provides a personable service and takes a practical approach to progress transactions.
Sophie joined Laytons in June 2022 having previously qualified and worked on the south coast.
