Scott Hilton is a partner in our Real Estate team with over 15 years’ experience of advising owners, occupiers and investors on a broad range of commercial property transactions across the key asset classes.
Scott frequently advises clients on large, complex development transactions, including site assembly and strategic land acquisitions.
He regularly handles all matters relating to the acquisition, disposal and management of freehold and leasehold property, secured lending projects and landlord and tenant transactions.
Scott also acts for high-net-worth clients, many of whom are international, on prime and super-prime London residential property transactions.
He frequently contributes to legal industry publications on notable developments across the real estate sector. Scott has been recognised in the Legal 500 U.K. and is described as “very approachable, thorough and prepared to work with clients to highlight any issues and provide options."
Prior to joining Laytons in 2024, Scott was a partner in the London office of a U.S. law firm.
