In March 2015 Sally became a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has accrued 18 years of experience working in residential property. Sally is adept at handling time pressured transactions and providing a bespoke personal service to her clients.
She has experience in acting for both individuals and companies in relation to the acquisition and disposal of residential property in Prime Central London, including lease extensions, licences, variations and refinances. She has experience in a full range of property transactions acting for investors, family trusts, developers, landlords, tenants, banks, bridging finance companies and individuals from both the UK and overseas.
Examples of transactions Sally has dealt with:
Acquisition of a £6.5 million property;
Dealing with prime London Estates such as The Crown Estate, The Cadogan Estate, The Portman Estate, The Grosvenor Estate and The Howard de Walden Estate; and
Reporting on Islamic finance.
