Paul specialises in residential and commercial property transactions. He has acted for, and retains, many clients in connection with high-value, and often complex, residential sales and purchases.
With considerable experience of acting for Landlords and Tenants in respect of leases of shops, offices, and other commercial properties, Paul also continues to act for a large following of other private clients and often now for their families and children by way of recommendation.
Having been a Partner and Consultant at Lattey and Dawe, he is delighted now to join Laytons as a Consultant.
