Harry O’Donnell is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team. He advises clients on a range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant transactions, acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Harry advises landlords on the investment and management of their portfolios and brings a wealth of experience acting for corporate occupier tenants across a number of sectors including industrial units, shops, offices and mixed-use premises. Harry’s practice has a particular emphasis on lettings of Central London offices and premium retail and industrial units.
Harry also acts for high-net-worth clients in connection with the sale and purchase of prime residential property in Central London and beyond.
Prior to joining Laytons in 2024, Harry was an Associate in the London office of a U.S. law firm.
