Firuza joined Laytons as an Associate in February 2024.
She has a number of years' experience advising clients on a range of immigration matters. Firuza is experienced at advising corporate clients on navigating sponsor licence applications and sponsoring employees under both Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker immigration categories. She also advises on policies and procedures that clients should implement to remain compliant as sponsoring employers particularly with regard to right to work checks.
Firuza also supports private clients on their immigration journey and can strategically advise on their immigration options as well as permanent residence and applying for British citizenship.
Firuza works closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their immigration goals, whether they are a corporate or a private client.
Firuza is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association ("ILPA")."
