Adele joined Laytons as a Solicitor in the Real Estate Department in March 2024. She completed her training contract at Gordons Partnership LLP and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021, into the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Team.
Adele specialises in a number of areas including sales and purchases of commercial properties, granting and surrendering leases, lease renewals/extensions, various licences, financing and other landlord and tenant matters.
Adele has acted for a variety of clients including private individuals, companies, charities and trusts.
Adele provides a personable service and takes a pragmatic and efficient approach to property matters, tailoring her advice to the client’s specific needs and objectives.
