Lattey & Dawe merge with Laytons LLP
We are delighted to announce that with effect from 1 April 2019, Lattey & Dawe has merged with Laytons LLP. The Firm will consist of 50 Partners and a total of over 100 lawyers spread across three offices in London, Manchester and Guildford. The combined firm will offer its clients a broader range of specialist legal services and stronger representation nationally and internationally.
The new firm will operate under the Laytons LLP brand from its offices at 2 More London Riverside, London Bridge. Your existing partner and lawyer contacts will remain unaffected and the day-to-day conduct of your work will continue unchanged.

What is happening?
Lattey & Dawe is merging with Laytons LLP. All Lattey & Dawe’s partners and lawyers will be moving to Laytons' flagship offices at More London, opposite City Hall, a short walk from London Bridge Station.
All existing departments of both firms will merge to provide a stronger client offering.
Why is the merger happening?
Both firms have found a natural synergy in their ethos and their working practices and consider that a merger will benefit both firms in offering an enhanced service and to meet the challenges of the changing legal landscape.
When will the merger take place?
The two firms will officially merge on Monday 1 April 2019.

You will keep your existing partner and lawyer contacts within the new firm and you will additionally have access to a broader and deeper expertise across a wider range of legal specialisms.
The firm will have a national presence with offices in Manchester and Guildford as well as its flagship office in London.
