John Abbott FCIArb speaks at the Chartered Institute for Trade Mark Attorneys’ Litigation Seminar on ADR
Disputes partner, John Abbott FCIArb was invited to present on alternative dispute resolution for trade mark disputes at the Chartered Institute for Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) Litigation event, held recently at our London office.
CITMA represent the interests of over 1,600 trade mark and design professionals, and fights to bring recognition to the work they do whilst raising awareness of the value of intellectual property rights in the UK economy. Laytons’ partner, Robert MacGinn, a UK Chartered trade mark attorney and European trade mark and design Attorney, is a member.
John, a Mediator & Arbitrator, handles a wide range of complex and high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration, often involving multi-jurisdictional issues. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (International Arbitration) and is also an experienced mediator accredited in the UK by the Civil Mediation Council.
